How to handle shrinkage of silk fabrics

1. The clothes should be soaked in hot water, and the water temperature should be slightly hot! Use hot water to stretch the fiber! Let's soak for about 10 minutes.

2. Don't twist the clothes when you pick them up. The clothes you just picked up really grow a little bit, because they are just flush with the lining. Then you can pull them down hard. Elastic fabrics can be handled like this, including cotton clothes! The clothes will bounce back when you drag them. It doesn't matter. Pull them hard. What you need is to make their sides as long as possible.

3. Take the clothes you just pulled out of the hanger and hang them upside down! Hang the skirt on the hanger from bottom to top, and clip the skirt edge onto the hanger with several clips!

4. Hang it in the bathroom and wait for her to dry, for fear that the fiber will shrink quickly if it dries in the heat.

Silk fabrics can be soaked in water for about 10 minutes before they can be washed to prevent shrinkage. The soaking time should not be too long. Avoid washing with alkaline water, and use neutral soap or soap tablets or neutral detergent. Bathing liquid should be at low temperature or room temperature. After washing, gently squeeze the water and avoid twisting. It should be dried in a cool and ventilated place. It should not be exposed to the sun, let alone dried.
